Harikrishna and Harika won Asian Individual Championships
After 9 rounds Swiss System Competition in Asian Individual Championship
2011, Harikirshna from India with 6.5 won the open Section and
Yu Yangi from China also with 6.5 points stand at second and Son Nguyen from
Vietnam also with 6.5 points stand third! after them Rinat Jumbayev from
Kazakhstan with 6 points had better tie breaks and stand at forth and Also
qualified for the FIDE World Cup that will be held in August in Khanty Mansiysk,
Russia.

In the Closing Ceremony FIDE President Kirsan Illiumzhinov announced that
FIDE Grand Prix and FIDE Presidential Board Meeting will held in Mashhad, Iran
in February 2012.

The 10th Asian Continental Individual Championship reeled off today in Mashad, Iran with 28 Grandmasters and 11 Women Grandmasters leading the field of the Open and Women's Championship, respectively.
